Q: Why can I hear the video program, but not see it?

A:  If you have a modem that has a speed of 28.8k, 33.6k, or 56k or an ISDN connection and select the high speed program, then your computer is not capable of displaying the video being broadcast and you will only hear the audio portion of the video program. In addition, if you select the high speed program, have a Cable Modem, high speed ADSL, are on a computer network with a fast connection at work or have access to any other form of broadband connection and your actual connection speed drops below 256k bits per second, then you will also only hear the audio portion of the video program. Possible causes that might block the streaming of video could be spyware protection, adware protection, virus-protection, or firewalls. Please look into adjusting these settings with caution.
